Hi! I’m Georgia, a ceramic artist working primarily with wheel-thrown stoneware, to create functional objects designed to enrich everyday experiences. I like to think that my work sits within the meeting point of Japanese traditional pottery's simplicity of form and the bolder colours and patterns of Mid-Century Modern design. 

A fundamental aspect of my practice is the formulation of my own glazes from raw ingredients, creating glazes for electric kilns which replicate the rich variations in colour, texture, and depth of gas fired work. 

Whilst each piece I make is hand formed with care and intention, no two pots are exactly the same and carry the mark of my hands. In a world of mass production, I take great pride in creating unique, one-of-one products, encouraging quiet reflections of the earth’s resources and their inherent beauty..
